Overview: Almost Famous Craft Beer Bar is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our management team in providing an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and restaurant. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for craft beer lovers and food enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

• Ensure a high standard of service is maintained by training and supervising staff.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, processing payroll, and maintaining records.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar remains well-stocked.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues effectively.

• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

• Help implement promotional events and activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

• Maintain knowledge of alcoholic drink offerings and menu items to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
